Out of Network Insurance
Super bills (invoices) may be provided by request if you have coverage with any other insurance company. The private-pay therapy rate will be required at the time of the service. The super bill will be provided to you within seven business days, and you can use this super bill to file a claim with your insurer for reimbursement based on their insurance rates.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and you may not be able to attend your appointment. Please keep in mind that late cancellations and no shows hurt three people- yourself, your therapist, and another client who may have needed your time slot. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please cancel or reschedule before 24 hours to avoid being charged the full rate of your session.
*Insurance does not cover no-show fees. The client will be charged their insurer's contracted rate or the private pay fee (whichever is lower).
