Out of Network Insurance
Diggs Deeper is not currently paneled with any insurers in Florida. Superbills (invoices) may be provided by request if you would like to use health insurance. The private-pay rate will be required at the time of the service. The superbill will be provided within 3 business days. You will use the super bill to file a claim with your insurer for reimbursement.
It is recommended to review your insurance policy or contact your insurance company to verify coverage, deductible amount (if applicable) and learn what your policy reimburses for outpatient therapy services.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and you may not be able to attend your appointment. Please keep in mind that late cancellations and no shows hurt three people- yourself, your therapist, and another client who may have needed your time slot. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please cancel or reschedule before 24 hours to avoid being charged the full rate of your session.
*Insurance does not cover no-show fees. The client will be charged their insurer's contracted rate or the private pay fee (whichever is lower).
